Job summary

The Bartender role at Royal Sonesta New Orleans, Restaurant R'evolution, supports a premium guest experience in a high-volume bar. You will set up, service, and break down the bar area, craft cocktails, present menus, and guide guests through beverage selections to enhance their dining experience.

You will manage orders in MICROS POS, collaborate with kitchen and service teams, and participate in ongoing training to uphold brand standards and Sonesta's hospitality values.

• Attend ongoing training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Follow service guidelines according to Brand standards; maintain quality and service.
• Create specialty beverage items and craft cocktails.
• Present menu, answer questions, and make recommendations.
• Enter orders into MICROS POS and relay to kitchen.
• Observe guests and respond to requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain clean and organized service area and tools.
• Complete opening, during, and closing checklists and sidework.
• Support the vision and mission of Restaurant R'evolution.
