Job summary

Ascent Hospitality seeks a bright Bartender to craft cocktails and provide exceptional guest experiences at our Mobile property. You will maintain bar setup, stock, and garnish preparation, while greeting guests and promoting drinks with knowledge of spirits and wine.

The role requires basic English, at least one year of bar experience, and the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends. Join a team focused on hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of one year bar experience; knowledge of spirits and wine.
• Ability to create craft artisan cocktails and specialty drinks.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and POS transactions.

Responsibilities

• Make cocktails and provide exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain bar setup and stock on a daily basis.
• Greet guests and document drink orders; present drinks.
• Input orders into POS and balance all beverages and cash.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal and corporate alcohol service rules.
• Work flexibly including weekends and holidays; function as part of a team.
