Ascent Hospitality seeks a skilled Bartender to join our Meridian, MS team and create a welcoming, energy-filled bar atmosphere. You will craft cocktails, manage stock, and engage guests with warm conversation and recommendations.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• At least one year of bar experience; knowledge of spirits and wine.
• Ability to create craft artisan cocktails and specialty.
• Professional and Energetic.

Responsibilities

• Make cocktails and provide exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain stock and setup of the bar daily.
• Greet guests and document drink orders; mix, garnish, and present drinks.
• Input orders into POS and balance cash; ensure accurate charges.
• Adhere to state, federal and corporate alcohol serving requirements.
• Work as part of a team and assist with other duties as needed.
