Qualifications

• At least two years of recent full-service bartending experience.
• Experience in elevated-casual or craft cocktail environments strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide an exceptional first impression at the bar.
• Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages to standard recipes.
• Maintain speed, consistency, and quality throughout every shift.
• Build relationships with guests while delivering attentive service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar.
• Accurately ring orders and process payments through POS.
• Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and managers.
