Job summary

Aloft Hillsboro is seeking a Bartender to craft beverages and provide exceptional service at the hotel's bar and lounge in Hillsboro, OR. You will mix ingredients, interact with guests, take orders, and ensure they have a great experience.

Responsibilities include preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, checking IDs, restocking supplies, and recommending menu options to meet guests' preferences while maintaining a welcoming, efficient bar environment.

Qualifications

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks.
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
