Job summary

Olympia Hospitality is seeking a friendly bartender to mix and serve drinks, engage guests, and maintain a welcoming bar. You’ll verify ages, know pairings, and manage payments while keeping the bar stocked and clean.

Qualifications

• Provide high-level customer service and communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Previous bartending experience preferred; must be of legal age to serve alcohol; TIPS certification preferred; Allergy Awareness training helpful.
• Physical demands include extended periods of walking, standing, bending, lifting, twisting and kneeling; accommodations available.

Responsibilities

• Bartenders work directly with customers by mixing and serving drink orders, verifying age requirements, processing payments, managing inventory, and cleaning bar supplies.
