Job summary

Hawksmoor Boston is opening its doors and seeking experienced bartenders to join our team as we launch our third US location. You will craft Hawksmoor cocktails and classics, build rounds quickly, and work closely with the kitchen to pair drinks with dishes.

You’ll maintain bar cleanliness, stay knowledgeable on seasonal menu items, and contribute ideas for events and bar initiatives while upholding Hawksmoor’s inclusive culture and exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as a bartender delivering high standards of service.
• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine and beer.
• Ability to guide guest choices and upsell where appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Hawksmoor menu drinks and classic cocktails with accuracy.
• Build rounds efficiently and ensure prompt service.
• Maintain knowledge of the food menu to advise guests.
• Keep bar area clean and organized during service.
• Follow Hawksmoor service standards and uphold quality.
