• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Health vaccination documentation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Takes food and drink orders from guests or other servers.
• Mixes ingredients to prepare cocktails and serves wine/beer.
• Serves drinks and food to guests.
• Collects money for drinks and food at the time of service.
• Monitors alcohol consumption and takes appropriate action.
