Qualifications

• Must meet minimum age requirement for alcohol service and possess relevant certifications.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior bartending experience preferred with knowledge of cocktails.
• Understand and adhere to OSHA and HACCP standards; complete training as required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following Hawkers’ recipes.
• Assess guest preferences and make personalized beverage and food recommendations.
• Handle orders, enter into POS accurately, and manage guest flow at bar and dining room.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bar area throughout the shift.
