Qualifications

• Must meet minimum age to serve alcohol per local/state law.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have or be willing to obtain Alcohol Service Certification (e.g., TABC, RBS, or state equivalent).
• Must have or be willing to obtain a Food Handlers Certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival; respond to their needs throughout the visit.
• Share Hawkers' story and cuisine in a natural, engaging way.
• Assess guest preferences and make beverage and food recommendations.
• Take food and to-go orders and enter them into the POS system accurately.
