Qualifications

  • Understand brewing process from raw ingredients to finished product.
  • Strong independent work ethic and self-motivation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to follow company SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic computer skills with common office software.
  • Previous brewing or cellar experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize brite tanks and vessels using CIP and manual methods.
  • Clean and sanitize brewery hoses and kegs; operate keg washer.
  • Fill and carbonate beer; monitor carbonation levels.
  • Maintain draft systems and transport beer to locations.
  • Record production data and test pH and gravity as needed.
  • Ensure safety, use PPE, and follow sanitation SOPs.
  • Assist with guest interactions, events, and beer festivals.
  • Report to the Head Brewer and support team as required.
