Job summary

Tilray Brands, Inc. in Bend, Oregon is seeking a Production Brewer to operate two 50 BBL brew systems and support brewhouse and cellar activities. You will work closely with the Brewing Management team to maintain safety, quality, and efficient production in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a safety-first mindset, ability to follow SOPs, and flexibility to rotate shifts. Starting pay is $21.00/hr plus swing and graveyard differentials, with health benefits and 401(k) offered.

Qualifications

• Safety-first mentality and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow recipes and standard operating procedures.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Excellent time management and ability to multitask.
• Ability to lift 60 lbs and work rotating shifts.
• Forklift experience or training provided to operate equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate two- to four-vessel, 50 BBL brew systems and support wort production.
• Support brewhouse tasks including raw material gathering, CIP, and yeast pitching.
• Assist cellar operations: tank CIP, transfers, centrifugation, yeast management, dry hopping, and cocktail production.
• Collaborate with Brewing Management and Lead Brewers to improve safety, quality, and production.
