Job summary

Hendler Family Brewing Co. in Somerville, MA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to keep beer flowing from production to customers. You will manage inventory, support production, prepare shipments, and deliver to taprooms and warehouses, contributing to smooth daily operations.

The role requires physical stamina, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced brewery environment. Valid driver's license, ERP familiarity, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency with ERP usage.
• Ability to work on your feet for 8+ hours.
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
• Comfortable in non-temperature controlled environment.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Multilingual abilities (English/Spanish/Portuguese) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver beer, kegs, and supplies between our brewery, warehouses, and taproom locations.
• Receive, organize, and store incoming inventory and raw materials.
• Work with Brewing and Packaging teams to ensure materials are staged for production.
• Prepare outgoing shipments and assist with carrier pickups (UPS, FedEx).
• Maintain organized warehouse, keg, can, and dock storage areas.
• Support outbound shipping operations as needed.
• Prepare dunnage materials for pickup by suppliers.
