Job summary

The Brass Tap - RB is seeking friendly servers to greet guests, take orders, and serve food in a fast-paced craft beer environment. You will be passionate about beer knowledge and delivering an amazing guest experience.

As a team member, you will follow The Brass Tap steps of service, maintain clean stations, and operate the POS system while adhering to safety and sanitation standards. Weekend and holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21+ or as required by state.
• Weekend and holiday availability.
• Ability to balance and carry multiple items.
• Able to operate the POS and beverage equipment.
• Standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests.
• Follow steps of service for taking and serving orders.
• Be beer and menu knowledgeable to suggest beers and describe menu items.
• Present guest check and take payment.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Keep station and service areas clean and organized.
• Complete duties without constant supervision.
