Craft Beer Sales Trainee - Saratoga Region

Join to apply for the Craft Beer Sales Trainee - Saratoga Region role at Craft.

To ensure the successful sale and distribution of all craft products in the Craft Beer Guild Distributing of NY portfolio throughout the assigned territory. This individual will be responsible for developing new business at current no-buy accounts.

Pay Range: $19-$22 per hour plus monthly bonus potential.

Essential Job Functions

1. Develop and maintain effective customer relations and promote the good will of the company.
2. Ensure product rotation and code policy adherence.
3. Successfully sell, distribute, and place all craft products.
4. Merchandise accounts with POS materials.
5. Manage accounts receivable within credit policies.
6. Conduct promotions regularly or as needed.
7. Develop new accounts and placements.
8. Organize floor displays and signage at accounts.
9. Handle customer inquiries regarding credit, delivery, and products.
10. Achieve monthly business goals.
11. Maintain weekly appointments with assigned accounts.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, or management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Residency in or near the assigned area.
• Valid, clean driver's license.
• Ability to work independently.
• Cicerone Beer Server Certification or willingness to obtain.
