Job summary

Southern Tier, part of Artisanal Brewing Ventures, is seeking a Bartender in the Buffalo area. You will prepare and serve beverages, engage guests, and deliver a memorable hospitality experience that reflects our craft beer brand.

Responsibilities include bar prep, order entry in the POS, and collaboration with kitchen staff to ensure timely service. Must be 21+, with passion for hospitality and the ability to lift 60 pounds. Competitive tips expected.

• Passion for hospitality and craft beverages.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to discuss products with guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and seat them at the bar, ensuring cleanliness and supplies.
• Prepare and serve liquor, mixed drinks, wine, beer, and nonalcoholic beverages.
• Enter orders accurately into the POS system and coordinate with kitchen staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and restock as needed.
• Follow all alcohol service laws and verify guest IDs.
