Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement to work in a bar setting is 21 or older where local laws apply.
• Ability to work weekends and holiday shifts as needed.
• Ability to balance and carry multiple food and beverage items safely.
• Ability to operate the POS and beverage equipment competently.
• Stands for extended periods; may lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at The Brass Tap.
• Take orders and serve drinks and food following steps of service.
• Be beer and menu knowledgeable to suggest beers and describe items.
• Prepare beer, wine, and cocktails per recipes.
• Present checks and handle payments.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Keep bar station and service areas clean and organized.
• Complete duties with minimal supervision.
