You will craft both classic and modern cocktails, engage guests at the bar and tables, and maintain deep knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and Italian-inspired ingredients.

The role demands 2+ years of bartending experience, strong customer service and communication skills, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience.
• Craft bartending knowledge is required.
• Familiarity with Italian ingredients and cuisine is a plus.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy, themed environment.
• Must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Craft classic and modern cocktails with consistency and care
• Engage with guests at the bar and tables, creating a welcoming atmosphere
