Job summary

Access Management Group in Lakewood Ranch, FL is seeking a friendly and skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include preparing and serving beverages to customers according to recipes, engaging with guests, maintaining a clean bar area, checking IDs, handling cash and card transactions, and complying with health and safety

Qualifications

Experience in bartending is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Must be at least 21 and legally allowed to serve alcohol in Florida.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers according to recipes and standards.
Engage with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations on drinks and specials.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and glassware.
Check identification to verify legal drinking age of customers.
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other staff members to provide excellent customer service.
