Chin’an Gaming Hall in Alaska is seeking a friendly Bartender to join our team. You will prepare and serve beverages, greet guests, verify ages, and maintain a clean, well-stocked bar using proper techniques.

The role requires 21+ age, knowledge of drink recipes and mixology, and experience in hospitality. You will handle cash and card transactions, promote upselling, and work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques and bar equipment.
• Previous bartending or hospitality experience required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify customer identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements.
• Greet guests and take drink orders, then prepare and serve beverages to standard recipes.
• Maintain bar setup, stock, and cleanliness throughout shifts.
• Process cash and card transactions accurately and balance receipts.
• Promote upselling of specialty drinks and food pairings.
• Ensure safe service and handle intoxicated guests professionally.
