Out West Restaurant Group is seeking an enthusiastic bar team member in Milpitas, CA. The role is hourly and non-exempt, requiring at least 21 years old and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Able to work in hot and cold environments.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift.
• California Responsible Beverage Service Certifications required within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Exceed customer expectations at the bar with friendly, prompt service.
• Craft drinks with proper safety, tools and recipe standards.
• Know the menu well and upsell beverages and food pairings.
• Support cafe and restaurant operations as needed as part of the team.
• Provide beverage recommendations and offer stakeholders superior service.
