Lancer Hospitality is seeking a skilled Bartender to join the City House team in Minnesota. You will mix and serve a variety of beverages, perform meal service when needed, and provide excellent guest care. Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to memorize and describe a variety of recipes, especially for mixed beverages.

Responsibilities

• Following standard recipes to mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests of the service bar.
• Setting up and breaking down all front of house and back of house bars and beverage stations.
• Performing food service as needed.
• Customer service, including describing and recommending menu items.
