Qualifications

• Previous bartender experience in a restaurant or bar.
• Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and cocktail recipes.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to handle large crowds during events.
• Basic math for cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner; check identification to ensure legal drinking age.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register.
• Monitor customer behavior and enforce alcohol consumption policies.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders.
• Restock bar supplies and inventory as needed.
