Job summary

The Emily Hotel, part of the Onni Group of Companies, seeks a friendly Bartender to craft beverages and support bar service in a fast-paced hotel environment. You will follow recipes, assist with related duties, and contribute to a refined guest experience.

Greet guests warmly, stock the bar, operate the POS, and work a variety of shifts including weekends. The role requires strong hospitality, multitasking, and the ability to stand for long periods in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in a fast paced bar and/or restaurant preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Passion for hospitality and strong knowledge of spirits, beer and wine.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and acknowledge arrival.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and contracts.
• Stock bar areas with alcohol, glassware, ice and supplies.
• Available to work a variety of hours, including weekends.
• Operate the bar top, cocktail station, and dining room orders.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures.
