Job summary

Olympia Hospitality is seeking motivated bartenders for its venues in New Hampshire. You will mix and serve drinks, verify ages, and engage with guests to ensure a memorable experience.

Starting pay is $10 per hour plus tips. The role offers a supportive team atmosphere, opportunities for growth, and a focus on well-being with comprehensive benefits and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Provide high-level customer service, communicate effectively with guests and team members, follow instructions, and maintain composure under pressure.
• Ability to learn quickly, pay attention to detail, and work efficiently in a fast-paced bar environment.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and meet state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve drink orders directly to customers.
• Verify age requirements and ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Process payments and manage cash handling.
• Assist with inventory, restocking, and cleaning bar supplies.

Skills Required

• Provide high-level customer service, communicate effectively with guests and team members, follow instructions, ability to learn quickly, pay attention to detail, and maintain composure when working under pressure.

Experience / Education

• Previous bartending experience preferred; must be of legal age in order to serve alcohol, per state law; high school diploma and/or equivalent work experience; TIPS certified preferred; Allergy Awareness training helpful.
