THE SMITH in Chicago is seeking a Bartender to welcome guests, craft drinks, and provide warm, professional service. You’ll collaborate with the Smith team to ensure a seamless guest experience, maintain a clean bar, and follow responsible alcohol service standards.

This role values hospitality passion, teamwork, and a genuine joy in making guests happy. Prior barista experience is welcomed; competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

• Keep bar area clean, organized, and stocked during service.
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards for guests and team members.
