The Westin Jackson is seeking a bartender to serve beverages and food in a friendly, timely manner at our downtown Jackson, MS hotel. You will prepare drinks, assist with bar operations, and contribute to guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have six months of bartender experience, a tips certification, and a collaborative, professional attitude in a fast-paced hospitality setting. This on-site role offers competitive wages and benefits.

Formación

• At least six months of experience as a Bartender.
• Tips certification or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain proper setup of the bar daily with stocked beer, wine, spirits, garnishes, and condiments.
• Greet guests, take orders, mix and present drinks, and handle cash/POS transactions.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal and corporate alcohol-service requirements.
• Input orders, balance checks, and manage cash drops and vouchers.
• Lock up and store beverage and bar equipment and secure bank deposits.
• Adhere to attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Assist coworkers as needed and maintain professional appearance and conduct.
