Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso beverages meeting quality standards.

• Develop a thorough understanding of our coffees, teas, foods, and promotions to drive sales and conversations.
• Maintain a clean and organized café environment for customers and coworkers.
• Demonstrate openness to change and share ideas to improve the store.
• Taste coffee, tea and specialty beverages to maintain product familiarity.
• Accurately process transactions in the POS system and reconcile till.
• Practice self-reflection and seek feedback to improve performance.
• Follow sustainability SOPs to minimize waste and conserve resources.
• Other duties as assigned.
