Qualifications

• Concrete project management with cradle-to-grave ownership.
• 2+ years in a concrete PM/Estimator role.
• Hands-on with self-perform concrete crews in non-residential projects.
• Experience with curbs, sidewalks, flatwork, foundations, walls, splash pads, courts.
• Able to work hybrid field/office and self-start in a growing division.
• Strong PM/CM skills focused on concrete operations.
• Familiarity with safety compliance on job sites.
• ACI or similar concrete certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage self-perform concrete projects from inception to completion with cradle-to-grave ownership.
• Support and grow the self-perform division by handling day-to-day activities.
• Plan and oversee curbs, sidewalks, flatwork, foundations, walls, and related structures.
• Conduct regular jobsite visits to ensure quality and adherence to specs.
• Track schedules, monitor critical path, and address milestones.
• Promote safety compliance on all sites and crews.
• Drive production efficiency and hold teams accountable for results.
• Coordinate with field leadership to align operations with budgets and timelines.
• Balance on-site oversight with office planning and documentation.
• Assist in estimating and takeoffs; develop bids with estimating input.
• Maintain project documentation for production, quality, and safety.
