Qualifications

  • CRA review and rationale write-up interpreting CRA regulations and preparing write-ups reflecting the Bank's activities and impact on communities; verification and cataloguing of documentation.
  • Analyze CRA programs and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Plan and execute volunteer appreciation events and coordinate CRA/community development volunteer opportunities.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding questions and concerns; ensure compliance with volunteer management policies and procedures.
  • Assist with annual Assessment Area delineation and Public File maintenance.

Job description

Overview

This position is responsible for supporting the First Line of Defense (FLOD) Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Program. This role provides effective support and collaborates between internal relationships with business units and regions in developing goals, strategies, and performance management to meet the Bank's CRA goals and objectives.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

CRA Review and Rationale Write-Up - Interpret CRA regulations to review potential community development activities and prepare rationale write-ups that accurately reflect the Bank's activities and impact on communities including verification and cataloguing of necessary documentation.

Analysis - Conduct analysis and evaluate the effectiveness of CRA programs and provide recommendations for improvements.

Volunteer events - Plan and execute on volunteer appreciate events and activities. Provide support and coordinate volunteer event opportunities specific to CRA/Community Development while ensuring adequate coverage.

Support - Serve as a point of contact for employees addressing questions and concerns. Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures related to volunteer management.

Other duties as assigned, such as supporting the annual Assessment Area delineation or Public File maintenance.

Qualifications:

Minimum Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree and 4 years' experience OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 8 years' experience in community reinvestment, program management

Preferred Area of Experience: Volunteer Management, Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) program compliance and examination

The base pay for this position is generally between $107,000 to $126,000. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
