Piper Companies is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate (Oncology) to support a client in the CRO industry in the United States. The Senior Clinical Research Associate (Oncology) role is fully remote with regional travel required to clinical trial sites. The Senior Clinical Research Associate (Oncology) role is ideal for an experienced professional with strong expertise in oncology studies, site monitoring, and managing clinical trial operations across multiple sites.

Responsibilities of the Senior Clinical Research Associate (Oncology) include:

• Conduct routine monitoring visits to ensure study sites are operating in compliance with protocol requirements, GCP standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for investigational sites, providing training, support, and issue resolution throughout the study lifecycle.
• Evaluate site performance, patient safety practices, and data integrity to ensure successful study execution.
• Coordinate and oversee activities across multiple oncology trial sites while maintaining study timelines and deliverables.
• Partner with sponsors, study teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive efficient and compliant clinical trial progress.

Requirements of the Senior Clinical Research Associate (Oncology) include:

• 5+ years of Clinical Research Associate experience with at least 2 years supporting oncology clinical trials.
• Proven ability to independently monitor studies and manage sites throughout all phases of the clinical trial process.
• Comprehensive knowledge of ICH-GCP, FDA regulations, and oncology clinical research practices.
• Experience supporting studies within a CRO environment and collaborating with sponsor organizations.
• Ability to travel approximately 25-40% and effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Compensation for the Senior Clinical Research Associate (Oncology) include:

• Salary Range: 120,000- 140,000 annually
• Full Comprehensive Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, PTO, Paid Holiday and Sick Leave if Required by Law.
• Fully remote work environment with travel reimbursement provided.
