Job summary

Cedars-Sinai is seeking a Clinical Research Associate II to work closely with coordinators and nurses to coordinate and implement increasingly complex research studies. The role involves data collection, prescreening, scheduling, and supporting IRB submissions, budgeting, and regulatory compliance under GCP and HIPAA guidelines.

The CRA II will serve as an independent contact with sponsors, IRB, and participants, providing training to junior staff and coordinating ad hoc study activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical research-related experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Sociology, or related field preferred; CRC certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement increasingly complex clinical research studies.
• Assist in IRB submission activities and regulatory coordination.
• Manage data collection, screening, scheduling, and CRF completion.
• Support budgeting, patient billing, and adherence to GCP/HIPAA.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Bachelor's Degree in Science, Sociology, or related field

Clinical Research Certification (SOCRA/ACRP)
