Job summary

Cedars-Sinai is seeking a Clinical Research Data Specialist III to manage data for multiple studies, design data collection tools, and ensure data integrity. This role may supervise staff, perform complex statistics, and collaborate with bioinformatics on trial systems.

Experience with GCP, FDA/IRB compliance, and HIPAA privacy is required. A BA/BS in a related field and 4 years of research experience are needed; CRA certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Minimum 4 years in related field of research.
• ACRP/SoCRA clinical research certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages data for assigned research studies at a senior level.
• Designs data collection forms and performs data abstraction.
• Maintains record systems and prepares project reports.
• Supervises clinical research staff or data managers as needed.
• Performs complex statistical analysis with biostatisticians.
• Ensures compliance with FDA, IRB, and GCP guidelines.
• Maintains confidentiality under HIPAA regulations.
• Trains staff on data standards and entry systems.
