Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust is hiring a Community Reinvestment Act Specialist to support CRA and HMDA compliance. You will collect and validate lending data, manage LARs, and assist with audits and reporting.

The role covers cross‑functional collaboration with compliance and business units to ensure regulatory accuracy. The successful candidate will have at least two years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in RiskExec/SalesForce/Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Must understand HMDA and CRA requirements and reporting.
• Experience with data validation and compliance controls.
• Strong written and verbal communication, detail-focused.

Responsibilities

• Assist CRA Manager with documentation, tracking and analysis of lending data.
• Compile, submit and ensure accuracy of HMDA and CRA LARs.
• Maintain LARs, HMDA data, and CRA loans records.
• Review loan data for accuracy and compliance; suggest improvements.
• Report to management on Fair Lending and CRA issues.
• Support HMDA Compliance Manager with workflows and tasks.
