Job summary

The City of Eustis is seeking a trustworthy, responsible administrator who, under general supervision, performs specialized work implementing and managing programs and projects that support the City’s Redevelopment Plan and Economic Development goals.

The position requires independent judgment, prepares oral and written reports, and presents to the CRA Board and City Commission while building partnerships with stakeholders, including businesses, the Chamber of Commerce, and community

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field and 3 years managing multiple redevelopment projects.
• Valid Florida Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
• Experience in local/state governmental economic development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements strategies to enhance community redevelopment and growth.
• Builds and maintains relationships with CRA and businesses.
• Develops and maintains partnerships with stakeholders, including Chamber of Commerce and local organizations.
• Manages CRA projects and incentive programs.
• Presents reports before CRA Board and City Commission.
