Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of professional redevelopment project management experience.
• Knowledge of CRA practices, community development, and grant processes.
• Experience coordinating with city departments and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Implements strategies to enhance community redevelopment and growth.
• Builds and maintains relationships with CRA businesses and stakeholders.
• Develops partnerships with community leaders, Chamber of Commerce, and local groups.
• Leads CRA annual report preparation and updates Redevelopment Plan.
• Identifies grant opportunities to support development initiatives.
• Manages CRA projects and development agreements.
• Presents reports to the CRA Board and City Commission.
• Responds to resident and business inquiries.
• Assists in CRA grant and incentive programs.
