Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CQV execution activities across multiple project teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain and manage project schedules, trackers, dashboards, and status reports.
• Track progress of qualification and commissioning activities using project reporting tools and execution systems.
• Validate data accuracy and ensure alignment between execution platforms and Smartsheet reporting tools.
• Monitor project milestones, action items, risks, and schedule impacts.
• Support project leadership with reporting, status updates, and decision-support information.
• Facilitate communication between engineers, CQV teams, project managers, and leadership.
• Identify data discrepancies and proactively drive resolution.
• Assist with planning meetings, coordination efforts, and execution readiness activities.
• Generate metrics and reporting packages to support project reviews and leadership meetings.
• Ensure documentation and reporting processes are maintained in accordance with project requirements.
• Support multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
