What You’ll Be Doing

This is a hands‑on, outdoor field position. You'll perform construction quality assurance activities, document field conditions and testing results, work with project teams, and help ensure work is being completed according to project requirements.

The goal isn't simply to follow someone around indefinitely. You'll receive training and support, but successful technicians become increasingly capable of handling their responsibilities independently.

• Can accurately document field observations and results
• Is dependable and takes responsibility for getting the job done
• Can communicate professionally with coworkers, contractors and project personnel
• Is comfortable learning technical procedures, testing methods and equipment
• Pays attention to detail without losing sight of the overall project
• Can work independently as their knowledge and experience grow
• Has a valid driver’s license and can travel to project sites as required

Direct CQA experience is valuable, but transferable field experience matters. If you've worked in CMT, geotechnical services, construction inspection, environmental/landfill operations, civil construction, oil & gas field work, or a similar technical environment, we want to hear from you.
