Candidates must have at least a high school diploma and demonstrate proficiency in testing methods.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience in CQA, soil testing, construction inspection, or related work.
• Must pass the ICC Special Inspector certification within 3 months of hire.
• Nice to Have: Nuclear gauge certification, ACI or ICC Reinforced Concrete Certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-place soil moisture and density testing.
• Support senior technicians during geosynthetics deployment observation.
• Monitor and document soil placement and grading.
• Communicate with project engineers and construction personnel.
