Job summary

IPEX USA, LLC in Kingman, Arizona is seeking a Machine Operator to help produce CPVC pipe. You will measure and inspect products with micrometers, label and package bundles, and ensure accurate markings, following 5S and safety rules.

12-hour shifts and starting pay of $20.62 per hour reflect the demanding, hands-on nature of the role. You will work with banding tools and nailers, assist with startup/shutdown, and maintain clean, organized work areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to demonstrate accurate knowledge and quality performance of Machine Operator processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels in the plant.
• Must lift at least 50 pounds and stand for long shifts.
• Must learn and operate micrometers and other tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines and measure with micrometers.
• Inspect and package CPVC pipe with correct markings.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards.
• Assist with start‑up/shutdown operations as needed.
• Label and organize packaged products for shipment.
• Communicate production and safety concerns to Team Leader.
