Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, with a demonstrated ability to perform machine operator tasks.
• Able to communicate across plant teams and maintain safety, quality, and a positive work environment.
• Must demonstrate accurate knowledge and quality performance of Machine Operator processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety by following policies, training, and housekeeping.
• Monitor materials and equipment to ensure specifications are met and quality is maintained.
• Communicate production, equipment, safety, and environmental concerns to Team Leader and management.
• Inspect and package CPVC pipe, measure thickness, and verify markings and dates.
• Close lifts of plastic pipe using banding tools and nail guns.
• Stencil, tag, and label packaged products; keep areas neat per 5S.
