SK hynix America is seeking an Application Test Engineer to join our DRAM Engineering Team in San Jose, CA. The role focuses on technical support, joint validation, and early issue detection to improve product quality.

You will architect validation frameworks, drive test automation across server configurations, and collaborate with internal R&D to diagnose and resolve memory-related failures. Strong lab and debugging skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science with 3+ years in system/memory validation.

Responsibilities

• Define, document, and oversee test plans for CPU validation and system qualification.
• Develop scalable test automation scripts and frameworks for regression and stress testing.
• Use measurement equipment (Oscilloscope, Logic Analyzer) for validation.
• Collaborate with customers on memory validation and troubleshoot failures.
• Create experiments and tooling to detect and diagnose memory issues.
