Job summary

Shield AI is seeking a qualified CPSO to manage our program security for special access programs under 32 CFR Part 117. You will oversee the full lifecycle of classified programs and interface with government agencies on security requirements.

Responsibilities include completing PARs, processing visits, conducting indoctrination briefings, maintaining security artifacts, and ensuring proper handling and disposition of classified materials. A background check is required.

Qualifications

• DoD SAP experience is required for program security oversight.
• Experience in security administration and handling sensitive information.
• Strong customer support, interpersonal, and written/oral communication skills.
• DoD Top Secret with SCI eligibility is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop security programs for programs with enhanced requirements.
• Prepare for inspections, process visit requests, and conduct security briefings/refresher trainings.
• Maintain security records, access rosters, and security classifications guidance.
• Develop SOPs, OPSEC plans, and P2IPs; investigate incidents and provide corrective actions.
