Preferred Behavioral Health Group is seeking an Assessment Counselor in the Mercer area to perform substance use assessments for DCP&P caregivers and coordinate appropriate referrals for treatment. The role is full-time with a salary around $42,000 annually.

Qualifications include an Associates, Bachelors, or CADC, with bilingual Spanish a plus and strong written/verbal communication skills. The organization offers a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Thoroughly completes assigned tasks within prescribed time frames.
• Maintains client status updates and documentation per CPSAI guidelines.
• Enters referrals into NJSAMS and monitors level of care changes and discharge.
• Prepares Progress Notes and attends client case conferences with DCP&P.
• Communicates effectively in written and verbal form.
