Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in social work, human services, or related field.
• Two years of relevant social/human/protective services experience or education equivalents.
• Ability to travel; flexible schedule including after hours; on-call rotation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse families and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Responds quickly in crisis situations.
• Provides time-limited in-home services to reduce risk and ensure child safety.
• Assesses safety and may take actions to protect the child, including removal if necessary.
• Develops and maintains relationships with law enforcement, courts, and community resources.
• Attends trainings, meetings, and staffings; performs other duties as assigned.
