Job summary

The role requires an Arizona Caregiver Certificate and CPR, a High School diploma or equivalent, and proven compassion for the elderly. You will read and follow care plans, document care, and respond promptly to emergencies.

Qualifications

• Arizona Caregiver Certificate is required.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• All state educational requirements for the position must be met.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience working with an elderly population preferred.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with assistance in activities of daily living (ADLs) such as grooming and bathing.
• Transport residents within the community to activities, dining, and other areas.
• Respond to emergency calls and resident or visitor requests in a timely, safe manner.
• Review resident care plans and obtain vital signs.
