Fit Fusion is seeking a Kid’s Crunch Attendant to oversee safe childcare during gym visits. Responsibilities include greeting members, registering children, engaging them with activities, and ensuring safety at all times.

The role requires childcare experience, strong communication skills, and a CPR/AED certification (within 30 days of hire). Service-oriented individuals will excel in a dynamic gym environment.

Qualifications

• Childcare experience and/or babysitting experience is required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient reading and writing abilities.
• Experience in a service-oriented environment preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Certifications as local/state laws require.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests.
• Provide a friendly atmosphere for members and children.
• Register and check-out children and parents.
• Watch and care for children ensuring safety.
• Provide consistent interaction with children.
• Initiate games, arts and crafts projects.
• Bottle-feed babies following parental direction.
• Keep children calm and engaged.
• Clean and sanitize toys.
• Maintain a safe, organized work area.
• Answer childcare phone courteously and professionally.
• Communicate information about children to parents/guardians.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and standards.
