Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience working with the elderly and patients with disabilities.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Willing to commute to Danvers, Peabody, Salem.
• CPR/ First Aid Certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Participate in recreational activities with clients, including outings and community events
• Maintain accurate and up to date records of care provided and report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate team members
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure continuity of care and services
• Other duties as assigned
