Job summary

Radiant Systems Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Analyst – CPQ to help optimize Configure, Price, Quote processes in a Hybrid Phoenix environment. You will gather requirements, map data, and collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and vendors to deliver cross-functional solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in business analysis, strong documentation, and CPQ knowledge. The position is a 12+ month assignment with onsite/remote balance and emphasizes testing and change management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications, system integrations, and cross-functional processes.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• CPQ knowledge and data mapping experience preferred.
• Experience with SIT and UAT testing.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Develop business specifications and review functional design documents.
• Support CPQ and enterprise system integration initiatives.
• Create data mapping and process documentation.
• Develop and execute test scripts, and support SIT and UAT.
• Validate end-to-end processes and track defects to resolution.
• Analyze current-state processes and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, IT, and external vendors.
• Support workshops, design reviews, testing, and change management.
