Job summary

ArchKey Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler to lead and collaborate with the project team on CPM schedules from proposal through construction. You will build, update, and communicate baseline schedules, value engineering, and procurement timelines to leaders, trade partners, and clients.

You will analyze critical paths, generate progress reports, and mentor junior schedulers while ensuring alignment with safety and quality standards on designated project sites across our electrical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in service scheduling, project management, construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4-6 years of electrical or low voltage field operations experience.
• Experience with estimating, preconstruction, design development, procurement, and construction sequencing.
• Strong understanding of critical path methodology and scheduling large, complex projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project; Primavera P6 preferred.
• LEAN methodologies experience and strong process orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to and collaborate with the project team to develop, optimize, maintain, and manage project schedules; include value engineering, development, construction, supply chain, regulatory, and finance activities.
• Create baseline project schedules for estimating purposes and communicate with stakeholders on budgets, schedule, and status.
• Monitor progress, update schedules, perform weekly/monthly progress and schedule narratives, and provide risk analysis.
• Make on-site visits to inspect and review construction progress and ensure alignment with milestones.
• Coordinate staffing, equipment, and procurement to optimize labor and resources across projects.
